Brief telephone consultation: Complimentary (15 minutes)

Intake evaluation: $225 (75 minutes)

Individual therapy session: $200 (45-55 minutes)

All services are private pay to maintain a more private, personalized, and high-quality treatment experience.  Your investment in care reflects far more than your scheduled session times.  With a private pay model, you're in control of your care: we're free to decide what would be the most helpful approach for your individual needs, without insurance directing care.  I bring years of specialty training and expertise to an intentionally small caseload, allowing me to provide tailored care for your unique needs.  I'm able to take the time to truly get to know each client, offer increased provider access and scheduling flexibility, and thoughtfully attend to aspects of care beyond the clinical hour, including researching specific details relevant to your case, treatment planning, and coordination with your medical team as needed.

While I don't work directly with insurance companies, some clients prefer to use their out-of-network benefits to help cover the costs of health psychology treatment.  I'm happy to provide Superbills if you would like to submit a claim for OON reimbursement with your insurer.  

Seasons Health Psychology gathers credit card information during the intake process and charges the card on file automatically overnight after the date of service. You may use a credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA account.

I'm unable to provide services to individuals who have Medicaid due to the contractual agreements between the patient and Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, you must seek mental health services from a Medicaid provider. 

You have a right to be provided with a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.​
