Rates

Brief telephone consultation: Complimentary (15 minutes)

Intake evaluation: $225 (75 minutes)

Individual therapy session: $200 (45-55 minutes)

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a Superbill if you would like to submit your own claim for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurer. Credit/debit cards, HSA/Flex-Spending are accepted; payment is due at the time of service.

I am unable to provide services to individuals who have Medicaid due to the contractual agreements between the patient and Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, you must seek mental health services from a Medicaid provider.

You have a right to be provided with a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.

Cancellation Policy

I value your time and reserve your appointment slot specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice through phone, email, or the client portal. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a fee equal to the full session rate. Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances or medical emergencies, and are at my discretion.
